One sachet per day.

Open the sachet and pour the powder into a glass.
Add the recommended amount of water (usually around 150-200 ml or as instructed on the packaging).
Stir until the powder is dissolved completely.
Drink the mixture immediately after preparation.
Best time to take: Orthomol powders are often recommended to be taken with a meal, typically in the morning or early afternoon. Taking it with food can help with nutrient absorption and prevent stomach upset.
